I am Patri
Traveler, story teller, and the voice behind Wander and Savor Life and a Dolce Vita.
I have created a life that flows between Canada and Italy, shaped by a love of travel, beauty, and living well. After living all over the United States and building businesses along the way - including an Italian Coffee Shop and gift boutique - my path led me to Italy. What began as sourcing ceramics and exploring the countryside turned into something much deeper.
In the mid-1990s, I purchased a villa in Barga-long before it was the dream it is today. That home became my base for years of travel, friendships, and learning the rhythms of Italian Life.
Life, as it does, brought joy and challenge.
After years as a caregiver and the loss of my husband, I found myself being called back to Italy once again. And I listened.
Today, I divide my time between Sechelt, British Columbia, Borgo a Mozzano, Italy and Mazatlan Mexico-living a life built on experience, connection, and the belief that it's never too late to begin again.
And somewhere along the way....love found me again.
Through Wander and Savor Life, I share thoughful travel, practical wisdom, and the beauty of slow living with women who know their best years are still ahead.

He is a retired CPA, and former, partner at PwC.
He is the photographer for Wander & Savor capturing the memories of the places we travel.
